Weal NTSC transmits 30 frames per second
With each frame having 525 Scan Lines.
(: But More Frames is Better Right ? eh NO Not on Old TVs ;)

PAL transmits at 25 frames per second
With each frame having 625 Scan Lines.
Se The scan lines are to do with visual information,
(: Soo more scan lines mean a Better Picture Quality & Resolution ;P :)


But But LULU Mario & Sonic Rounds so Slow on PAL Games
Agene NO...
But Yes if you like a Moran trays to Run a PAL Game on a NTSC TV lol
Then Yes it Runs to Slow or To Fast lol
Depending on wat Device you Play it on lol
Or Emulation &/Or Multi / Ever-Drive Cartridge ;)
